We can perform the following material tests in-house:

• Burning tests according to DIN 75 200, FMVSS 302 in accordance with TL 1010
• color fastness tests according to EN ISO 105-X16
• various tensile strength and elongation tests on our Zwick universal testing machine Z050 for loads up to 50kN
• Preparation of acceptance test certificates to EN 10204-3.1 (DIN 50049-3.1)
• Initial sample certificates to VDA 6.2
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

If we are not able to carry out a desired test or necessary test ourselves, we are in contact with various material testing institutes for textile materials.
